By registering an account or accessing any part of the 77rb platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 77rb.

77rb's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a user and 77rb, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with 77rb's customer support team. Users are encouraged to contact support at the email address listed in the site footer and to clearly describe the nature of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within a reasonable timeframe, the matter may be escalated in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures. 77rb is committed to handling all complaints fairly, promptly, and in good faith.

77rb may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 77rb will endeavour to notify registered users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of 77rb following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by any such modification.
